Especially if you travel with your pet and you need to see a vet that doesn’t have access to your pet’s medical records. This is a great pamphlet to have on hand in case of a kitty emergency. There is also a handy informative section about the common diseases your cat should be protected against. On the back are place to track age and weight. There are also spaces to keep track of heart-worm, flea, and other parasitic medications. On the inside, you can mark the date and which immunizations were received, such as rabies and distemper. (This is also handy just in case your cat gets lost.) ![]() On the front, you can keep track of general information, like your cat’s age and microchip number. That way you don’t have to hunt for it if you have an emergency and need to rush to the vet. In fact, I recommend just keeping it in the carrier. It folds up into a nice brochure that fits easily into a purse or into your kitty carrier. No more of that! Now I know when and what my cat received, as well as any at-home treatments I’ve administered (such as flea medications). My younger cat did need his vaccinations renewed and I never received a call.) (They used to call me when the cats needed to be updated, but I guess they decided they could just trick us into paying for nothing by simply not doing that anymore. Well, why didn’t you tell me that on the phone when I told you I wanted an appointment explicitly for this purpose? Ugh. Instead, I wound up paying about $120 for my vet to tell me, “Oh, your cat is already up-to-date on her immunizations.” So I took my oldest to the vet to get her rabies renewed. I got my cats at two different times and I can never remember which one has which immunization and such. I decided to make this after a recent visit to the vet. Use this cat medical tracker to keep track of your canine’s vaccinations, weight, flea/tick treatments, heartworm treatments, and more! Great for emergencies or even just to remember when your pet’s last vet visit was.
